Visit the registration page
Go to telushealth.co/eclaims and click "Register here for direct billing"

Create your provider profile
Enter your practice name, address, professional license or registration number, and specialty/discipline type

Add your banking details
Provide your banking information so reimbursements are deposited directly to your practice

Connect your software (optional)
Link your practice management software, or use the TELUS Health web portal to submit claims manually

Start billing directly
Once approved, use your patient's GroupSource benefits card at point of service for instant processing

Banking details for payment deposits
Practice management software name (if applicable)

Ask your GroupSource patient to show you their benefits card — physical or digital from the GroupSource app. You'll need the following:

Policy number
On their card
Member ID
On their card
Important: On the GroupSource benefits card, Group ID and Policy Number refer to the same number. If your system asks for both, enter the Policy # shown on the card for both fields.

Paramedical practitioners (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and more)
